I think an improvement they could do is provide users with more tutorials, or simply make the software even more intuitive and user-friendly. While I did eventually get the hang of this, I did have to watch Youtube tutorials to really understand how to use it. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Just by using my laptop, I can have multiple screens display hymn lyrics and images, making sermons more immersive and really catching the attention of churchgoers, especially younger ones.
